Yvonne Sandoval, the owner of Leverage 365, has helped real estate agents achieve "top of mind" status with their database of contacts for the last years.
As a Realtor® Educator, Yvonne teaches several classes, throughout Florida and nationwide, for Real Estate Brokerages, Mortgage Lenders, and for Women's Council of Reators® Networks.
Yvonne is the owner of Leverage 365, a provider of database marketing for Realtors® and those in the Real Estate industry, and of Coaching 365, a provider of one-on-one and group coaching for those in the Real Estate industry and beyond.
Yvonne’s career began in NYC, where she acted as Business Manager and Studio manager for her family-owned Recording Studio. Her experience working with well-known and up-and-coming artists including actors, playwrights and songwriters enabled her to witness first-hand how individuals and business owners magnetized themselves to create meaningful and lasting relationships while generating referrals and repeat business.
When Yvonne is not working with Real Estate Agents to build their business, she likes to compete in trivia and listen to the Backstreet Boys and various "Hair Bands" of the 80’s. She is a thrill seeker and an aspiring stunt car driver.

The Shelter Pet Project
